LOVED the cake my family got me for my birthday! Super moist, soft, delicate strawberry shortcake. Strawberries were extremely fresh. It is to die for! Not super sweet since it’s more of a whip cream than an icing. Matched the cake really well. I highly recommend, and look forward to trying other things from this bakery in the future.

We are so happy that we chose Bittersweet Symphony to provide the cakes for our wedding! They were wonderful to work with, from the first chat about ordering, to the delivery on the day. The main cake was absolutely stunning and looked so good with the flowers added leftovers from our bouquets. I found this amazing bakery during the 2020 shutdown. After seeing fantastic pictures from others posting I thought I would try. Wow!! The strawberry shortcake was perfect. I have actually ordered it three times now. My hubby, loves Black Forest Cake. I ordered it for our anniversary. Where I work in NOTL I have seen their work as well!. Would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

We actually were having trouble finding someone to make our cake and then one of the bakers were contacted suggested Bittersweet Symphony and I have to say they were outstanding. We communicated via email to set everything up. We had pictures to help show them the cake we wanted and what we were looking for the cake itself two different kinds. There were so helpful and gave us some good ideas. Our cake was delivered on time to our venue and honestly this was the best wedding cake I have ever had. The cake was so soft, delicious and the frosting was light frosting but had the taste that made you think you were eating heavier type of icings. It was just so incredible.
