Their unwavering commitment to excellence led to the creation of extraordinary cakes, including a colossal 75-foot masterpiece in celebration of India’s 75th Independence Day. This monumental cake not only marked a historic occasion but showcased their innovation on an unprecedented scale. Among their groundbreaking creations, a 10-tier wedding cake stands as a testament to their ingenuity. This towering confection, a first in the region, became a symbol of love, tradition, and artistry, making weddings truly unforgettable. Bittersweet Symphony’s generosity knows no bounds. Their remarkable six-foot-long slab cakes, crafted for the Niagara Falls Fire Department and Vineland Growers’ 110th-anniversary celebration, captured the hearts of the community. The city of Niagara Falls and its mayor applauded their dedication, and today, Bittersweet Symphony proudly supplies the city with desserts for special occasions. Hailing from India, her journey into the world of pastry arts has taken her across continents, from the USA to Canada, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and expertise along the way. She was also invited to the Pastry Academy by the world renowned Chef Amaury Guichon in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she gained a plethora of knowledge. Chef Niti also is a proud Alumni of Sophia College in Mumbai, Niagara College in Canada and The Pastry Academy, in Las Vegas, USA. She was also awarded as a Niagara Scholar and made an appearance on the Dean’s List at the College. Chef Niti’s forte lies in the meticulous art of cake decoration.
