I am Niti Ruparel – Certified Pastry Chef.
Baking was my hobby since childhood, and it turned into my passion as I grew up. I chose to pick this industry as I love the perfect symphony where food meets art.
I started my career by studying craft bakery & patisserie back in India which is my hometown. I then moved to Canada to pursue baking and pastry management from Niagara College, Canada.
I am Pawan - Certified Red Seal Executive Chef.
I love what I do and do what I love! I never enjoyed pastry, but she made me love it!! and I can’t look back ever since
